AJIET has a placement department that conducts career guidance, workshops, seminars and recruitment support. According to the reviewed NIRF-linked data, 108 UG four-year students were placed in 2024 with a median CTC of INR 3.30 lakh per annum; 191 students were placed in 2023 with a median CTC of INR 3.60 lakh; and 166 students were placed in 2022 with a median CTC of INR 3.63 lakh. A separate 2024-25 portal table reports 128 students placed out of 205 graduates, a 63.68% placement rate, four students progressing to higher studies and a median salary of INR 4.66 lakh. The reported 2025 highest salary was INR 7 lakh per annum. Recruiter names reported for the college include JARO Education, Skolar, QSpiders, Mirafra Technologies, Park Controls and Communication, Tessolve Semiconductor, Kambala Solutions, MResult and Actalent. Figures from different reports use different graduating years and definitions and should not be combined as one statistic.
