Mining Engineering Course Duration
The standard BTech or BE Mining Engineering programme is four years or eight semesters. A diploma is commonly three years, while MTech or ME is generally two years. Integrated, part-time and research routes follow their own regulations.

Postgraduate progression

Final-year project
Projects may be experimental, analytical, design-based or field-based. Students should choose achievable objectives and reliable data.
Academic completion
Backlogs or incomplete project work can extend duration. Attendance and field safety rules apply. Lateral-entry students may have bridge courses.
