Admit card and exam-day instructions
Use the official candidate portal for any required admit card, test slot or interview instruction. Check the programme, date, time, centre or delivery mode and permitted documents. Follow the instructions issued for your actual route; a GATE-based or merit-based admission process does not automatically require a separate institute entrance-test admit card.
For an assigned centre, plan travel and reporting time. For a confirmed remote test, complete the prescribed device and system checks. Do not infer remote testing merely because applications are online. Report discrepancies through the official helpdesk before the scheduled stage.
