Counselling, options and seat allotment

Counselling must be followed through the official process for KEA's 2026 PGCET seat matrix for participating Karnataka postgraduate engineering and architecture programmes. Enter choices in genuine preference order unless the authority expressly instructs a different method. Before accepting a seat, confirm branch, campus, category, fee, reporting mode and upgrade rule. Terms such as freeze, float, choice, willingness, retain or surrender are authority-specific; read the current definition rather than assuming it matches another counselling system.

Carry the originals and copies listed in the allotment letter. Obtain an acknowledgement if an original is retained.
