MHT CET

MHT CET is a principal route for Maharashtra undergraduate engineering admission and is relevant to the exact-title B.Tech at COEP. Candidates must satisfy candidature, eligibility, registration and counselling requirements for the current year.

JEE Main

JEE Main may be considered through the applicable Maharashtra admission route for eligible candidates. Applicants must check the current seat rules and should not assume that every seat category uses the same examination.

State examinations

Other state examinations may lead to related Manufacturing, Production or Mechanical programmes. Older KCET references for the exact title can point to programmes discontinued in 2022, so an old cutoff or exam page is not proof of a current seat.

GATE

GATE is relevant to many postgraduate manufacturing programmes. Each college specifies accepted undergraduate degrees, GATE papers, score requirements and whether sponsored or non-GATE applicants have another route.

Karnataka PGCET and institute routes

Karnataka PGCET may be relevant to the exact-title M.Tech programmes at BMS College of Engineering and Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Candidates must check the current participating-college list, seat type and counselling rules. Institute-level or management-category procedures, where legally available, have separate conditions.

Preparation strategy

UG candidates should follow the official PCM syllabus and practise timed questions. PG candidates should prepare Mechanical or another accepted GATE paper and revise manufacturing fundamentals.
