AKITS rankings and accreditation

The presence of a document does not by itself guarantee a particular student outcome.

When comparing colleges, use several indicators: current programme approval, curriculum, faculty stability, facilities, fees, location, internship access, verified placement outcomes and student support. A single rank, even when genuine, should not replace programme-level evaluation.

If AKITS later appears in an applicable official ranking or publishes a current accreditation certificate, ECIN can add a sourced record with publisher, category, year, rank or band and verification date. Until then, leaving the ranking field undisclosed is more accurate than presenting an unsupported number.

Before relying on this section, verify the following items for the intended 2026-27 admission cycle: publisher, framework, category, participation year, rank or band, accreditation scope and certificate validity. Keep a dated copy or screenshot of the official notice used for the decision. If information is given by telephone, request the same detail through an official email or written prospectus, especially when it affects eligibility, payment or reporting.

Compare information only when the programme, year and category match. An older figure can provide background but should not be presented as the current rule. Where two sources differ, prefer the competent authority or the latest official college document and ask AKITS to clarify the difference. ECIN deliberately marks uncertain matters instead of filling gaps with assumptions.

Students should also consider personal suitability. Travel, residential needs, preferred branch, learning style, budget, career plans and willingness to build practical skills can matter as much as a headline statistic. Make the final choice after reviewing documents, speaking with the institution and, where practical, visiting the campus and relevant department.
