Admit-card access

Registered candidates are expected to obtain their admit card or examination instructions through the university’s official system. the secondary exam guide describes login-based downloading using the application credentials. Candidates should rely on the official portal and communication for the exact release method.

After downloading the document, check the candidate’s name, photograph, application or roll number, date, time, venue and instructions. A discrepancy should be reported promptly using the official contact channel. Do not edit the admit card personally.

What to carry

Carry a clear printed admit card and the original identity document specified in the instructions. Bring only permitted stationery and items. The absence of an item from this guide does not mean it is allowed; the admit-card instructions are final.

Candidates should reach the venue early enough for verification. Campus II and the main university campus should not be confused. Travel time should be estimated using the exact address printed on the admit card.

Computer-based test conduct

Listen to invigilator instructions, verify that the displayed candidate details are correct and report technical problems immediately. Do not attempt to resolve a malfunction by repeatedly restarting or changing a terminal without permission. The testing authority should record any genuine technical interruption.

Read the on-screen navigation and marking rules before beginning. Watch the timer but avoid checking it after every question. Save time for reviewing questions marked for reconsideration.

Prohibited and risky behaviour

Do not carry unauthorised electronic devices, notes or communication equipment. Do not impersonate another candidate, share credentials or use altered documents. Unfair means can lead to cancellation and further action under the applicable rules.
