Counselling process

the secondary exam guide describes a general sequence of registration, programme preference and seat allotment. The university’s own admission communication remains final. Shortlisted candidates should complete every step by the stated deadline because a missed confirmation or fee payment can result in loss of the offered seat.

A typical admission sequence includes result publication, communication to eligible candidates, preference or programme selection where applicable, original-document verification, provisional allotment, fee payment and reporting. Candidates must use the actual instructions received for their cycle.

Documents for verification

Applicants should be prepared with the application record, entrance admit card and result, Class 10 and 12 certificates, transfer and migration-related records where applicable, identity proof, photographs, category or income certificate where claimed, and any other document listed by the university. Lateral-entry candidates should also keep diploma records and proof of institutional approval or recognition as required.

Originals should be carried only as directed and should not be handed to unauthorised persons. Keep scanned and photocopied sets for personal records.

Fee payment and admission confirmation

Before paying the programme fee, verify the programme, campus, academic year, amount, refund rule and deadline. Use only the official payment channel. Save the receipt immediately. If the payment succeeds at the bank but the portal does not update, contact the university with the transaction reference instead of paying repeatedly.

Withdrawal and refund

The admission page links to a refund policy. Candidates should read the current policy before accepting a seat, particularly if they are awaiting another result. Refund eligibility may depend on the withdrawal date and the stage of admission. Verbal assurances should not replace the published policy.
