Completing an application accurately

Begin through the university's official admissions route and confirm that the form is for the intended academic year and programme. Enter a contact number and email address that the applicant can continue to access. Admissions communication may continue after the examination, so a temporary contact created only for registration is inconvenient. Save the application identifier in a place that is separate from a single browser session.

Use the candidate's educational and identity records while entering personal details. Compare the name, date of birth and other requested fields before submission. Small differences can become significant when the application, admit card and final marksheet are checked together. If the records themselves contain inconsistent spellings, identify the authorised correction or supporting-document process rather than choosing a different spelling each time.

Select the intended subject option and programme carefully. The Mathematics or Biology distinction affects both preparation and eligibility. Do not choose Biology simply because it appears easier if the desired programme requires Mathematics. Equally, do not select a branch only because its title resembles a familiar course; specialisations and core degrees may have separate names and fee entries.

Upload clear documents using the specifications displayed in the current form. Crop scans so that the complete relevant record remains visible, including the candidate's details and result information. A file that meets a size limit but obscures the marks is not useful evidence. Check the uploaded preview where available, then retain the final submitted application and payment record.

The application charge should be taken from the active official form or current instructions. This review does not recycle an older amount without a confirmed 2026 basis. Before paying, distinguish the application fee from any later admission deposit or annual programme charge. Those payments serve different purposes and may have different conditions for adjustment or refund.
