Results, offers and branch allocation
After the examination, use the university's result and admission communication to establish the next action. A score, a rank, an invitation and an admission offer are different documents or statuses. Read what each one actually authorises. A candidate invited to participate in a selection or counselling stage should not describe that invitation as a completed admission.
When an offer is received, confirm the programme, entry year, academic conditions, payment requirement and acceptance deadline. If the programme differs from the one expected, seek clarification before paying on the assumption that it can be changed later. A possible future branch change should not be treated as an entitlement unless the institution's rules and the candidate's offer establish it.
Do not import a state counselling system's freeze, float or automatic-upgrade rules into this university process. The relevant options are those stated by BIHER for the candidate's admission. If considering another offer at the same time, compare the written acceptance and withdrawal conditions. This avoids relying on informal advice that may describe a different institution's procedure.
