Registration, application payment and completion

The official application instructions begin with online registration and email authentication. Use an address accessible to the applicant, open the verification link and retain the login information. An unverified registration is not the same as a completed application for a particular programme.

The B.Tech application fee is ₹1,200, reduced to ₹600 for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The official payment process uses SBI Collect with the appropriate degree/diploma application category. After payment, the instructions require the receipt and transaction details to be uploaded in the admission portal.

That final upload matters. A successful debit does not automatically establish that the admission application has been matched to the payment. Save the receipt, enter the transaction information accurately and check the application status. If an issue remains, provide the relevant reference through the official support channel instead of repeatedly making unexplained payments.

Read the eligibility, programme and category fields before submission. Upload the supporting certificates required for the claims made, including the applicable category or EWS record where relevant. A form should describe the candidate's actual position; a dropdown option is not an independent confirmation of eligibility.
