AMUEEE 2026 admit card and exam day

AMU released the admit card online for accepted applications. It was not a substitute for eligibility approval; it permitted the candidate to appear subject to the university's rules. Candidates downloaded it through the official portal using their application credentials.

How candidates downloaded the admit card

1. Visit the AMU Controller of Examinations website.
2. Open the admission or admit-card link for the 2026 session.
3. Enter the application number or required login details.
4. Select the B.Tech programme if the account contained multiple applications.
5. Download the PDF and print a clear copy.
6. Check name, photograph, roll number, test date, time, city, centre address and instructions.

Any mismatch had to be reported before the test through the official help desk. Candidates should not edit an admit card themselves.

What to carry

Carry the printed admit card, the permitted original photo identity, the specified pen and any additional document named in the instructions. A simple transparent water bottle may be allowed only according to centre rules. Prohibited electronic items should be left at home.

Reporting at the centre

Candidates should locate the centre in advance and plan for traffic. Reporting time is different from examination start time. Entry may close before 10:00 AM. At the desk, the invigilator may verify identity, admit-card details and assigned seat. Candidates should sit only at the allotted place and check that the question booklet is complete.

OMR and booklet checks

Before solving, confirm the booklet series, page count and printing quality. Fill personal and coded details slowly. When an answer changes, follow the printed rule; an OMR bubble generally cannot be cleanly erased. Never use correction fluid unless explicitly permitted, which is unlikely. Sign only in the designated space and when instructed.

Prohibited conduct

Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, written notes, communication devices, impersonation, exchanging material and disturbing others can lead to cancellation and disciplinary action. Candidates should not carry a device merely because they plan to keep it switched off. Follow the admit-card list exactly.
