Admit card, identity and centre arrangements

The entrance rules describe a centre-based computer examination. Online mode does not mean that the applicant may take it from any personal device or location. The admit card provides the time and centre address. Candidates should plan travel from that final assignment and the reporting instruction rather than from a preferred city entered earlier in the application.

The document requires a printed admit card and an original accepted photo identity document with a matching name; it says that a soft copy of identity proof is not accepted. Check that the chosen identity document is valid and readable. A photograph of a card on a phone is not the same as carrying the original required by these instructions.

The rules ask candidates to reach the centre at least one and a half hours before the examination starts. They also prohibit calculators and specified electronic devices. Preparation should therefore include ordinary numerical work without relying on a personal calculator. Keep travel, entry checks and permitted-material planning separate from last-minute subject revision.

Centre changes are not something an applicant should assume will be granted on request. The university reserves operational powers over centres, but that does not create a candidate's right to change a chosen location. If the assigned centre presents a serious issue, raise it through the authorised channel and follow the response. Do not simply appear at a different venue.
