AEEE 2026 slot booking and admit card
Registered candidates selected a preferred date and time through the admission portal during the slot-booking window, subject to availability. A slot was not guaranteed merely because it was preferred. Earlier login generally gave a wider choice, although the university controlled availability.
Slot-booking process
- Log in to the official candidate portal.
- Open the slot-booking option when activated.
- Check the displayed examination city or centre information.
- Select an available date and time.
- Confirm the choice after reviewing it carefully.
- Download the e-admit card after it becomes available.
- Verify name, application number, photograph, date, shift, reporting time and centre address.
The official information stated that admit cards were provisionally issued to candidates who successfully booked a slot. A candidate should not assume that an application confirmation page is a hall ticket. If the hall ticket contains a serious discrepancy, contact admission support before the examination rather than requesting an exception at the centre gate.
Documents for exam day
Candidates needed the e-admit card and an accepted original identity proof. The official FAQ listed Aadhaar card, driving licence, PAN card, passport or voter ID as acceptable examples. A school identity card or photocopy should not be assumed sufficient unless the current instruction expressly allows it.
Read the hall-ticket rules for prohibited articles. Reach the centre before reporting time, allowing for traffic and identity checks. Electronic devices, notes and unauthorised material should not be carried. Follow invigilator instructions and use only permitted rough sheets.
During the CBT
Check that the displayed name and paper are correct. Read the navigation legend. If a terminal problem occurs, alert an invigilator immediately; do not attempt to repair equipment. Use rough work neatly and number calculations by question. Keep time for final checking, especially questions accidentally left unanswered or marked with an unintended option.
