AEEE 2026 application form

The application was submitted online through Amrita's admission system. Candidates created an account, entered personal and academic particulars, supplied contact information, uploaded the requested files and paid online. The initial AEEE registration charge was Rs 1,300. A student who had already appeared in Phase 1 and chose to take Phase 2 paid Rs 600 for the additional attempt.

Information to prepare before registration

Keep the candidate's full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, category details where applicable, complete address, active email address, active mobile number, Class 10 information and Class 12 or equivalent academic details ready. Use an email and phone that the candidate or parent checks regularly through counselling. Do not use a cybercafe operator's contact details.

Prepare a recent photograph and signature according to the portal format. Keep a supported online payment method available. JEE-route candidates should later enter the correct application number and percentile in the field made available by Amrita. A percentile is not the same as raw marks or All India Rank.

Step-by-step application process

1. Open the official AEEE/B.Tech admission website.
2. Create a candidate account using a working email address and mobile number.
3. Verify the contact details if the portal requests an OTP or email confirmation.
4. Fill in personal information exactly as recorded in official certificates.
5. Enter Class 10 and Class 12 details. Appearing candidates should choose the applicable result status.
6. Select the admission/examination route shown in the form.
7. Upload the photograph, signature and any other requested document in the permitted format.
8. Read the declaration and review every entry.
9. Pay Rs 1,300 through the available online method for the initial registration.
10. Save the application number and payment acknowledgement.
11. Log in later for slot booking, e-admit card, percentile/rank and CSAP actions.
12. If using JEE Main too, enter the authentic 2026 percentile within the notified window.

Application mistakes to avoid

A spelling mismatch between the application and certificates can create trouble at verification. Other frequent mistakes are reversing day and month in the date of birth, using an inactive email, uploading an unclear photograph, entering anticipated Class 12 marks as final marks, confusing JEE marks with percentile, paying but not checking payment status, and creating duplicate applications.

After payment, confirm that the portal marks the application complete. A bank debit alone does not prove successful submission if the transaction failed at the portal. Contact the official admission support with the application number, transaction reference and proof when a status does not update. Never make payment to an individual who promises admission. Amrita expressly states that it has not appointed agents or third parties to reserve B.Tech seats and that there is no donation-based management quota.
