The brochure originally carried a 28 May application deadline, while the portal subsequently displayed 31 May. The later portal deadline is used here. Keeping an earlier date in an old saved brochure does not make it the final operational deadline when the official application system has published an update.
The admit-card date remains described as tentative because that is how the portal labels it. A scheduled download date and proof of actual release are different records. This article does not convert the tentative entry into a retrospective claim that every candidate could access an admit card at the same moment.
The brochure also scheduled programme commencement for 13 July. Treat that as the published commencement plan, with the individual centre's joining instructions governing reporting. It should not be used to infer that all centres followed identical induction arrangements or that a later offer carried the same reporting deadline.
