These times are Indian Standard Time. The final March extension replaces the earlier deadlines still mentioned in some older page text. The revised Test Admission Ticket date should likewise be used instead of an earlier schedule. A later update controls the specific event it changes.
Counselling has its own calendar. Registration began on 30 May, and later allotments extended beyond the early schedule. The official website published the engineering Round 4 cutoff file on 1 September and the vacancy record after Round 4 decisions on 4 September. These are dated records, not a claim that those seats remained available at review.
