The 2026 registration and processing charge was ₹1,200, or ₹1,000 for SC, ST and PwD applicants, with the stated late fee applying after the regular deadline. Bank charges could apply to the selected payment mode. These amounts concern the entrance application; they should not be described as the total admission fee, the annual tuition fee or a refundable deposit for a seat.

The application process required online submission. Before entering details, the applicant needed the qualifying-examination hall-ticket number, passing and marks information where available, date of birth and the information supporting any reservation claim. The generated application number was the reference for subsequent correspondence. A payment record and a submitted application serve different purposes: one shows a transaction, while the other records the information the university received.

The brochure treats category declarations seriously and restricts changes after submission. Applicants should therefore review category information as carefully as their name and examination centre. Selecting a category without the required evidence can create a problem at verification even when the entrance test itself goes well. Conversely, an omitted claim should not be assumed to become available automatically merely because a certificate is produced much later.

For a name mismatch, begin with the actual documents. Compare spelling, initials, order of names and date of birth across the school record and application. Explain a genuine discrepancy through the university's stated process. Do not alter a scanned certificate to make it resemble the form. An admission office needs a traceable explanation and appropriate evidence, not an image whose contents have been changed by the applicant.

A failed payment requires a different check from an incorrect application field. First establish whether the bank debited the amount and whether the portal assigned it to the application. Save the transaction reference and status message, then use the official support channel. Repeatedly paying without checking the application status can create several unresolved transactions while leaving the underlying submission problem untouched.

The examination-centre preference also needs realistic planning. A preferred city is not the same thing as the final venue on the hall ticket. The brochure allows the university to make centre arrangements according to registrations and administrative needs. A candidate should therefore avoid making a non-refundable travel commitment based only on the preference entered in the form. The issued hall ticket supplies the actual reporting location to plan around.
