The original brochure scheduled the result for 14 May at 6 p.m.; later coverage recorded a revision. The official result report establishes that results were released, but it should not be used to invent a publication timestamp. Candidates looking up their own result need the final report or rank card, not a reconstruction of when a web page first changed.
A later counselling phase is also different from a fresh entrance application. A university may invite eligible applicants to register for document verification or exercise choices after the examination has finished. That does not mean that a new candidate can sit the completed test. Read the eligibility paragraph of the particular counselling notice before interpreting a registration link as an opportunity to start the whole process again.
For an archived admission page, dates should retain their year and event name. “Applications close on 5 May” is incomplete because it omits both the late-fee condition and the cycle. “Final phase begins in September” is similarly inadequate because document upload and choice entry occupy different windows. Separating these events helps students understand what actually happened and prevents an old article from appearing to advertise a current opening.
